What is your name and what city do you rep?

They call me Chalant and I represent Kenosha Wi & every city around me.

Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?

Dropped my single “Close to Me” in sept and Just dropped “Now Until Forever” Oct 5th with Legalmotion EnMt, Prod entirely by DeeDay.

What is unique about you and your music?

I go off feeling and always think outside the box. Only few have a real passion for this art of music and I’m just one on my own journey with it.

What shaped your music? 

My life, shit I’ve been through, the world around me, I’m inspired by what most people don’t see.

When did you realize you were going to make music professionally? 

Can’t really put a date on that exactly but I always loved it and wanted to experiment with the art.

What type of music do you listen to? 

All kinds, right now I’m just listening to instrumentals etc

What inspires you to write music? 

My love for writing and producing.

What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about? 

I love cinematography as well, photography and fashion.

What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out? 

Invest in your craft, believe in yourself. Tell us about your upcoming projects..
